One of several new races introduced to the Cheltenham Festival since a fourth day was added in 2005, it takes place on the Cheltenham new course over a distance of 3 miles, with 12 jumps to clear on the way round. The race is open to horses age 5 years old and over with veteran trainer Willie Mullins claiming victory 4 times including last year's winner Jasmin De Vaux which was ridden by Paul Townend.
